In 2008 Hyundai released a new light commercial vehicle (LCV) van range in Australia to compete against Toyota's Hiace models.

Starting from $29,990, the iLoad is available as a three-seat van or six-seat crew van and with either a 129kW/228Nm 2.4-litre petrol engine or 125kW/392Nm 2.5-litre turbo-diesel.

An eight-seat MPV known as the iMax is also available, from $36,990.
