MITSUBISHI is the latest to fine tune its mid-size SUV, the Outlander, following similar treatments by Mazda for its CX-5 and the Honda CR-V.

In the April makeover, Mitsubishi increased the specification list and improved the comfort and style of the SUV but the mid-spec XLS variant didn’t increase in price.

The Japanese SUV has made some gains, but is it enough in the ultra competitive segment?

The problem isn’t the Outlander, it’s the opposition.

Mitsubishi has a strong product and it may just be a case of capturing buyer attention away from the dominance of Mazda and Toyota.
