MANHEIM Australia and New Zealand has announced two key appointments, with Dexter Clarke joining the company as chief financial officer and Scott Andrews being promoted to director of technology.
Well known as one of the top executives at leading motor industry supplier Futuris Automotive, Mr Clarke replaces David Head who has returned to the US to take up a new position with Manheim’s parent company Cox Automotive.
Bringing more than two decades’ experience in finance and senior management positions across a range of industries to the position, Mr Clarke spent nine years at Futuris in a variety of roles including CFO, corporate affairs general manager, business development manager, group commercial finance manager and global business planning and analysis manager.
He also served as general manager of CleanTech at Futuris, and spent two years in China as financial controller of Futuris’ joint venture with Chery Automobile.
Meanwhile, Mr Andrews rises to the position of technology director after five years with Manheim in several key positions including online product and operations manager, head of product development and head of product and project management.
He previously worked for Telstra and Sensis, specialising in digital product development and online innovation.
