AUDI says the facelifted A6 finally has what it takes to catch up to the BMW 5 Series and Mercedes E-Class in the larger executive sedan and wagon market.

The Series II facelift updates an already impressive package with a host of minor upgrades that certainly improve the car’s functionality.

But has the Ingolstadt-based car-maker done enough?
