N Line option pack now on Hyundai Kona EV

BY MATT BROGAN | 4th Jun 2024

HYUNDAI will now offer its sporty N Line treatment as an optional package on front-wheel drive Kona Electric and Electric Premium variants with the 64.8kWh Extended Range battery option.

It is the first electric model from Hyundai to offer the N Line treatment and adds $4000 and $3000 respectively to the Kona Electric and Kona Electric Premium grades.

The N Line pack adds 19-inch alloy wheels, more aggressive bumper covers and sill extensions (in silver), colour-coded body cladding, a gloss black rear spoiler and N Line badging.

The package also offers LED projector headlights, frontal LED lighting strip, and front and rear LED indicators on the standard Kona Electric grade.

Three paint choices – Cyber Grey, Neotronic Yellow and Soultronic Orange – replace Denim Blue, Ecotronic Grey, Meta Blue and Mirage Green when selecting the N Line package.

Inside, the N Line pack adds a black headlining, part Alcantara sport seats with contrasting red stitching, leather-appointed armrests, metal pedals, and red garnishing on the dashboard and steering wheel.

All other standard equipment, features and mechanical details remain unchanged.

“The new optional N Line styling pack and upgraded features build on a spacious, versatile and highly equipped package in 2025 Kona Electric,” said Hyundai Motor Company Australia Chief Executive Officer, Ted Lee said.

“With these enhancements, 2025 Kona Electric now gives our customers an even more compelling pure-electric small SUV,” he said.

The Kona Electric rivals the likes of the BYD Atto 3, MG ZS EV, Peugeot E-2008, Renault Megane E-Tech and Volvo EX30 locally.
