A HIGH-MOUNTED AM/FM radio with single-slot in-dash CD player is standard on 147 five-door models, with information relayed to the driver via an LCD screen with red graphics. Each door contains a large speaker and a tweeter. Models fitted with the Selespeed automatic transmission get a premium BOSE hi-fi system. The steering wheel has buttons for mute, volume and preset station select and the aerial is a fixed item centre-mounted on the roof near the tailgate.
