THE A4 quattro uses a similar independent aluminium four-link front suspension to the A8 model. Audi claims an almost total elimination of torque steer - the feedback effect from the driveline as felt at the steering wheel. The rear suspension, unlike front-drive models, is an independent double wishbone system resulting in slightly different wheelbase and track measurements.
