AUDI'S facelifted RS5 coupe has received numerous tweaks but nothing major that stands out – apart from about $14,000 off the list price.

But price aside, the small changes feel as though they add up to more than the sum of their parts, enough to make this the car it should have been pre-facelift.

It is just as fast and just as loud as before but some of the original's aloof remoteness when tackling twisty roads has been shed, making it a far more interactive – and most importantly fun – experience.
