BENTLEY took the wraps off its Continental GT Diamond Series at this week's Melbourne motor show, celebrating 60 years of hand-assembled cars at the British brand’s Crewe factory in the UK.
Priced from $399,000, the Diamond Series is based on the 2007 model year "Mulliner Driving Specification" and features an exclusive package of enhancements that combine sporting performance with cosseting luxury.
Many of these features are unique to this model, including 20-inch 14-spoke alloy wheels and lightweight, high-performance carbon-ceramic brakes.
A production-first for Bentley, the carbon-silicon carbide, cross-drilled discs measure 420mm diameter at the front and 356mm at the rear.
Also on show are the $399,500 Continental GTC, the $545,000 2007 model year Arnage T and $353,000 Continental Flying Spur.
