ONE thing that has not changed with the BA Falcon is its use of the traditional large Aussie sedan layout. Like Commodore, Falcon remains a rear-wheel drive four-door with a longitudinally mounted six-cylinder or, in this case, V8 engine residing up front.
All BA Falcon sedans now employ a two-piece driveshaft, while Fairmont Ghia is available with Ford Australia's new 5.4-litre three-valve base V8.
