THE Falcon's steering system has been comprehensively overhauled with the arrival of BA.

The steering wheel, steering column and steering ratio are new, while the steering gear is revised along with the front suspension mounting points and top mount bushing.

The new steering wheel is smaller in diameter with a thicker rim, the steering column and its mountings were strengthened to reduce NVH, while the new steering ratio has reduced the AU's 3.2 turns lock to lock down to 2.8 on the BA.
