Ford celebrates Gold Master Dealership awards

FORD Australia is the latest brand to celebrate the hard work of its dealer network, recognising the ten top-performing dealerships from around the country as part of its annual Gold Master Dealership awards.

The eastern states dominated the standings, with eight of the winning dealerships being in Victoria, one in New South Wales and the other from Queensland with the Gold Master title being bestowed upon them after an extensive review of all aspects of their businesses.

Customer satisfaction in sales, service and parts processes along with staff training and performance were all put under the microscope.

At the end of the process, Motorama Ford in Moorooka (QLD), Kinghorn Motors in Nowra (NSW), Bayford in Epping (VIC), Jefferson Ford in Mentone (VIC), Courtney and Patterson Ford in Heidelberg (VIC), Sunbury Ford in Sunbury (VIC), Norton Ford in Stawell (VIC), Biti Motors in Culcairn (VIC), Coffey Ford in Dandenong (VIC) and Freeway Ford in Cranbourne (VIC) were announced as the Gold Masters of 2019.

Ford Australia CEO Kay Hart said it was the dealerships’ focus on delivering exceptional customer service that allowed them to excel and tie for the ranking in the J.D. Power 2019 Australia Sales Satisfaction Index Study.

“We know that it isn’t enough just to have world-class vehicles in our dealerships; we need to offer our customers service to match at every step of the ownership experience,” she said.

“Each of our 2019 Gold Master Dealerships had outstanding customer satisfaction scores, and we really saw the effort our winners put into truly understanding their customers’ needs.

“Ford and our dealer network share a commitment to making sure every interaction with the customer counts, from before a purchase to servicing a vehicle and repurchase.

“As we keep striving to do more for our customers, it’s great to see these dealers leading the way.”
