THE inaugural chief executive officer of national vehicle safety organisation ANCAP, Nicholas Clarke, has died.
Mr Clarke was CEO of ANCAP from January 2012 until he stepped down in September 2015. He was previously ANCAP’s business manager, a role he held since 2005.
ANCAP said his early involvement with the organisation was pivotal and saw him work to establish ANCAP as an Incorporated entity in 2006.
