THE driver is well looked after in the three-door cockpit, with seat height and steering wheel reach/height adjustment and all controls within arm's reach. The one cause for confusion over most other Holden cars is the left-hand indicator stalk. This stalk is also used for high beam, while the right hand stalk controls the front and rear wipers - the former do not have a variable intermittent function but do adjust automatically according to road speed. Switches for headlamp levelling, rear foglights, headlights and instrument dimmer are positioned on the right-hand side of the dash. External mirrors are adjusted from paddles at the front pillars. Windows are also operated manually. There are no steering-mounted controls and no transmission indicator in the instrument cluster on automatic models.
