AIR-CONDITIONING is standard in the Astra SRi. The heating/ventilation controls are placed in the centre console within easy reach of the driver and use ergonomically correct rotary knobs. An air pollen filter is fitted to help keep the interior free of contaminants. Unlike some Holden models, passengers can select recirculate mode yet still have control over directional airflow. A rear window demister is standard. The external rear view mirrors are heated for quick demisting in winter.
