WHITE instrument dials, a silver instrument panel and console surround feature on the SRi. A multi-function display advises time, date, outside temperature and audio settings. The instrument display also includes an ice warning. The centre console contains a sound system, heating/ventilation functions as well as central fresh air vents. A full-size, split-level glovebox with a removable middle shelf, pen holder and lamp, is located below the passenger's side airbag. Cups can be stored in the (opened) glovebox lid, or in special apertures in all four doors, while hooded instrument binnacle helps prevent night-time glare on windscreen.
