IN KEEPING with its sportier intent, Barina SRi has a wider track, lower ride height and modified suspension set-up with recalibrated front suspension dampers and revised spring rates. The hardware remains the same - MacPherson struts with triangulated wishbones and gas-filled struts at the front, and a torsion beam configuration with trailing arms and coil springs at the rear. A 17mm diameter stabiliser bar is also used at each end.
