FOLLOWING Opel’s aborted foray into the Australian market, the Insignia returns to these shores in performance flagship VXR guise but with Holden badges, a facelift and a hefty price cut.
As of late 2017, rear-drive V8 Holden sedans are dead and an all-paw, turbo-V6 layout like the Insignia’s is all but confirmed to replace the traditional template.
Holden isn’t admitting it, but the Insignia’s here to get Aussies used to the idea. Should we be excited or concerned?
