A SWITCHABLE traction control system is available as an option for Vectra GL.

The traction control system senses wheel spin and reduces engine output accordingly. At the same time, a modulated form of braking acts on the spinning wheel to help bring it back under control. The four channel, four sensor anti-lock braking system - also optional on GL - uses the same hardware as the traction control system.
