REPLACE the Holden badge with a status European symbol and you would just about get away with masquerading Vectra as something more upmarket. This is an impressively accomplished car selling in a nicely contained price range. At entry level, the GL model would be considered well equipped if air-conditioning was part of the deal. But the car's general aura of quality and style more than compensates for this.
