THE instrument panel is embedded in a hooded binnacle, surrounded by what Honda calls "a rubberised geometric grain material" and a metallic finish. The tachometer and speedometer are the two largest dials, with the tacho sitting on the left. Both dials are in silver with red needles, but turn the lights on and they change to crimson readouts on black. But turn the lights on during the day you won't be able to read the tripmeter or gear indicators. The mirror adjustment, a change holder and three blanks - which always make you wonder what you are missing out on - sit to the right of the instrument panel. The stalks are on the "right" sides, with wipers on the left and indicators on the right. The steering wheel is smaller in this generation Integra and feels good, with hooks for the thumbs and dimples for better grip. It is only height adjustable, however.
