SONATA has received a litany of makeovers over the past decade, and the latest version is probably the most unashamedly American to date. Heavy sculpting sweeps across the body, with deep "character lines" found on the bonnet, along the side of the car from the front to rear fenders, and on the bootlid. The front headlight treatment is a big departure from Sonatas past, integrating the wrap-around indicators in a large, all-encompassing cluster.
