THE Australian Automotive Dealer Association (AADA) has announced a new take on its Convention and Expo event for 2020, with this year’s event set to be run virtually.
Dubbed AADA 2020 Moving Forward, the reformatted event will be held on November 10 and 11 and will still deliver all of the familiar content as well as a few new topics including Covid-19 dealer performance, franchise relations, the online environment, the pre-owned market, the release of a major auto industry consumer survey as well as the members’ AADA annual general meeting.
“AADA 2020 Moving Forward will also feature a comprehensive ‘virtual expo’ of vendors’ products and services in an engaging expo hub and e-poster meeting program,” organisers said in a statement.
Not only will the event provide franchisees with useful business insights, it will also serve as an “interactive forum” for exhibitors with local suppliers able to commune with presenting National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) international exhibitors and allow delegates to explore the latest technology, techniques, products and services to future-proof and help their business.
AADA 2020 Moving Forward will be a complimentary industry event for dealership attendees with registrations open as of September 22.
