THE Cherokee has multi-stage driver and front passenger airbags designed to deploy at different levels, depending on the severity of the impact. The Limited gets side curtain airbags as standard, providing head protection for all outboard occupants. The driver gets a seatbelt pre-tensioner and both front seat passengers get constant force retractors. All passengers get three-point safety belts and headrests.
