Claimed acceleration to 100km/h is 11.4 seconds (manual transmission), while official dyno-based fuel consumption figures for the manual point to 9.1L/100km over the city cycle and 6.4L/100km on the highway. Fuel tank capacity is 50 litres and the fuel requirement normal (91 RON) unleaded. Mounted transversely, the engine has a cast-iron block and aluminium cylinder-head.
