LAND Rover Australia has continued the rollout of “08MY” models, this time with upgrades affecting the Discovery 3 and Range Rover Vogue.

The S and SE Discovery model variants have undergone an “interior refresh” with revised painted trim mouldings, an ebony finish for the centre dash stack and console and a metallic finish for speakers, vents and gear selector, while HSE versions gain eight-way electric front passenger seat adjustment, driver’s seat position memory, a console cooler box, the no-cost option of “straight grained walnut” or “grand black lacquer” interior trim, and the $2800 option of a premium leather package. Prices have risen $1000 each for the HSE TDV6 (now from $84,990) and HSE V8 petrol models ($90,990), while the S and SE remain unchanged, starting from $63,990 for the SE V6 and rising to $66,250 for the S TDV6 and $75,990 for the SE TDV6.

For the Range Rover Vogue, 08MY brings a four-zone air-conditioning option, revised graphics on the touch-screen and instruments, new tread plates, enhanced Bluetooth mobile phone connectivity functions, improved rear storage (via a redesigned armrest), and an extra dollop of leather trim (on the centre console and heating and ventilation unit) and wood veneer (on the rear of the centre console). Seven wood veneer options are now available, along with a new interior colour option (“Storm”) and two new exterior colours (white and green).

The TDV8 now starts from $142,900 and the TDV8 Luxury from $166,900, while pricing for the top-of-the-range $185,900 Supercharged model is unchanged.
