Lexus updates SC430

TOYOTA’S luxury division Lexus has performed a mild makeover to its SC430 coupe-convertible.

On sale in Japan and set for an Australian introduction in October, the SC430 features a revised grille, adaptive headlights and a new six-speed automatic transmission, the latter replacing the current five-speed unit.

The 4.3-litre V8 engine carries over largely unchanged, while the wheels are now five-spoke 18-inch alloys.

A range of new exterior and interior finishes will also be available.
