-A SLOWING rate of decline for the struggling Australian new-vehicle market in July is no cause for celebration, but there were positive signs on various fronts that could point the way to a recovery of sorts in the months ahead.
-Granted, the 83,184 new registrations recorded last month was the lowest July result since 2011 and, yes, the 16th consecutive month in which a negative result has underlined the industry’s sales performance.
