MAZDA claims the Bravo has more overall interior room than anything else in its class, and with the noticeable increase in cabin height it certainly feels like it. The doors open wide to reveal a flush, easy to clean floor, with entry and exit a simple step and slide. The single cab offers seating for three adults across the front - but the one in the middle needs to be the apprentice. The single cab is available in bench seat only - behind which are the jack and tools, plus a small amount of storage space. Driver and left passenger seating positions have lap-sash seatbelts while the centre passenger has a lap belt only. The gearshift or auto console incorporates two generous cupholders and a glasses compartment, before turning upwards to join the dash. The Bravo range offers no airbag protection for passenger or driver.
