NO, THE Mercedes-AMG GT S is not a replacement for the mighty SLS supercar. It is a thoroughbred high-performance sportscar, built to go fast on the track and look great when going slower, with day to day usability.

Sharing the all-new hand-built 4.0-litre V8 of the AMG C63, the GT has bags of power, but with a lower centre of gravity, just two seats and a sharpened no-compromise chassis, it promises to turn the dial up to 11 and take the fight to the 911.
