MERCEDES-BENZ had a hugely successful run with its previous-generation C204 C-Class Coupe and Cabriolet range, hitting sales highs right up to the end of its life-cycle.

While we must wait a few more months for the drop-top, Benz has launched the new C205-series C-Class Coupe that, naturally, shares much with its four-door sedan sibling.

Of the four variants now on sale, we drove all but the hi-po AMG C63 S to see if Mercedes can maintain the love for its popular two-door.
