MERCEDES-BENZ has introduced the entry CLS350 to its luxury four-door coupe stable, following the launch of the CLS500 and CLS55 AMG in June.
As expected, pricing starts below $140,000 – $137,900 – and Mercedes reports it has taken more than 30 orders for the vehicle, which is powered by a 200kW/350Nm V6 mated to the 7G-Tronic seven-speed automatic transmission.
The CLS350’s arrival also heralds the first Australian application of Benz’s crash-responsive head restraints, known as NECK-PRO.
