MITSUBISHI won a lot of fans with its previous-generation Triton, but the latest version – launched early last year – has a lot tougher competition to battle.

As pick-ups are increasingly becoming the primary family hauler as well as a recreational vehicles and, of course, a tradie special, car-makers are throwing a lot into their big workhorses.
