THE Satria, like its bigger sibling the Persona, is essentially a superseded Mitsubishi model from the Lancer range - this time based on the Mirage coupe formerly not available here. Basically, the Satria is a step up in size but not price from the usual offerings at the bottom end of the market. Competent rather than outstanding from a driver or passenger's viewpoint, the Satria is well built and reasonably accommodating.
