THE first photos have emerged of the new SsangYong Rexton facelift, which is due for release in Australia in June.
The South Korean-built 4WD wagon gains a new grille and revised rear-end treatment. Interior modifications include a new dashboard.
Prices are expected to be close to the current model’s $37,990 starting point for the 3.2-litre six-cylinder version, rising to $39,990 for the 2.7CDi turbo-diesel.
Higher-spec variants are expected to offer a rear-reversing camera and parking sensors.
The Rexton is SsangYong’s biggest SUV seller in Australia, with 131 sold so far this year, according to VFACTS industry figures.
