Forester gets more

SUBARU Australia has introduced tinted windows, a rear roof spoiler and improved stereo performance to its Forester XS and XT model variants.

Now into its 2007 model year, Forester pricing starts from $31,990 (drive-away, ex-dealer delivery) for the base X manual, rising to $34,990 for the XS and $40,990 for the XT.

Leather-trimmed Luxury variants remain available on XS (from $38,490) and XT (from $44,490) grades, and now have satellite-navigation available as a $2990 option.

The XT Luxury model combines sat-nav with stability control for an extra $3490.

An automatic transmission adds $2000 on X and XS, but is a $2500 option on XT variants. Metallic paint is a further $350.
