ALL second generation Forester models are fitted with 16-inch wheels and tyres. The base Forester and mid-spec Forester Limited in the first generation range used 15-inch steel wheels and Bridgestone Dueler H/T 205/70 R15 tyres. The new Forester X has 16-inch steel wheels and wears semi-off-road Yokohama Geolander tyres measuring 215/60 R16. The full size spare wheel continues to be located under the floor in the luggage compartment and it remains a plain steel rim, not the styled type actually worn by the vehicle.
