LUGGAGE space can be increased by using the 50:50 split-fold rearmost seat. The centre row seats double-fold to further increase luggage capacity and the Prado has a single tailgate, hinged on the right, to allow safe kerbside loading. The tailgate incorporates a safety lock to prevent it from swinging shut accidentally.
