THE 2.5t-3.5t van/chassis market is growing, driven in part by a host of new metal Euros such as the fun Ford Transit, feisty Renault Trafic, and stylish Mercedes-Benz Vito.

But all have long trailed the VW Transporter in overall sales, and a comprehensive revamp of the People’s Van ought to keep the status quo, though the T6 is based on a nearly 13 year-old design.
