VOLVO's recent forays out of squaredom have produced a stylish, expensive and exclusively hip four-seater coupe in the tradition of the old-fashioned grand tourer. While impressive performance, dynamics and equipment levels make the C70 a practical modern car as well as a desirable fashion piece, the harsh ride and vulgar fuel consumption mean this is one Swede which needs to spend a little more time in Finishing School.
