Hornsby BMW takes top honours at BMW’s annual DOTY awards15 Mar 2021 BMW Australia has named and honoured its top-performing dealerships of 2020 in its annual Dealer of the Year (DOTY) awards with the top prize going to Hornsby BMW (Wahroonga, NSW).
Like many other brands, BMW Australia opted to host the 2020 awards digitally in respect to the still-mandatory social distancing regulations and the only recently opened state borders.
BMW’s DOTY awards encompass four main categories on top of the overall best-performer, acknowledging both the winner and runner-up across all four with the winners determined by sales, customer service and commitment to the BMW Group.
