The Chinese made Aumark S is said to feature “modern technology, intelligent safety features, and proven efficient engines”, the latter Cummins-sourced units displacing 2.5- and 3.8 litres respectively.
Aumark S 5D15 and 6D15 cab-chassis and tipper models – with wheelbases measuring 2800mm and 3360mm – offer 110kW of power at 2900rpm and 400Nm of torque from 1500-2900rpm.

The range is powered by the larger Cummins engine developing 115kW of power at 2600rpm and 550Nm of torque from 1200-1900rpm. The unit is paired with a choice of six-speed manual or automatic transmissions, again sourced from ZF.
Foton Australia says the Aumark S range offers “a suite of intelligent safety system design to protect both occupants and pedestrians”, with standard technologies including anti-lock brakes, stability control, lane departure warning, traction control, hill start assist, electronic brake-force distribution, autonomous emergency braking, forward collision warning, and a Cardan Shaft style airbrake system.
The range is further said to offer a “well-designed suspension system for optimal driver comfort and smooth handling” and an “ergonomically designed cabin with comfortable seating and enjoyable infotainment technology”.
“As the first model in Foton Australia’s new commercial vehicle range, the Aumark S sets a high standard for future models, promising quality, efficiency, and versatility that businesses can depend on,” said a Foton Australia spokesperson.
