GoAuto understands that Holden may release the cars to act as a "spoiler" to Ford’s upcoming BF Series II facelift earmarked for an announcement over the next few weeks. The VZ Series II changes may include the upgraded 180kW and 195kW High Output Alloytec V6 and Gen IV 270kW 6.0-litre V8 engines and transmissions. Expect to see the revised VZ range by the time the Australian International Motor Show opens in Sydney in October.
