2018 Chicago Auto Show

The hard working folk behind the Chicago show will take any opportunity to proudly tell you about the event's history, and so they should.

They say its the largest show of its kind in North America, and that its been held more times than any other auto exposition on the continent. At 110 shows, that's some feat.

While it might be one of the biggest in terms of scale, the last couple of years have been criticised as slightly lackluster in terms of new-car and concept unveilings. In short, the Chicago show tends to be geared more towards the consumer than the press.
