Crowd pleaser: The LA show is always popular among locals.
Usually the second-last show of the year before Guangzhou in China, the Los Angeles Auto Show showcases the hottest new models for the coming year.
Started in 1907, the LA show is a mainstay on the international circuit and last year showed off cars such as the rear-wheel-drive Lamborghini Huracan, the facelifted Mercedes-Benz SL, and the Fiat 124 Spider.
