News - BMWBMW aims higherBMW announces ambitious new sales forecasts, including 1.6 million vehicles by 201026 May 2006 By CHRIS HARRIS BMW AG announced at its annual general meeting last week that it was one year ahead of schedule in its quest to reach 1.4 million annual sales by 2008. The German manufacturer, which also builds Mini and Rolls-Royce vehicles, has forecast 1.6 million sales by 2010 – almost double the volume it was achieving in 2000. |
