A small facelift and minor trim changes inside and out denote the TC Gemini - now minus the “Holden-Isuzu” badge.
Against the newer Mk2 Ford Escort the TX model’s mediocre handling and ride properties came to the fore, so Holden offered an anti-roll bar to quell excessive body movement during cornering.
Noise levels remained high. Performance levels dropped – from 61 to 53kW and 111Nm from 127Nm – as a result of the ADR27A anti-pollution gear introduced mid-way through 1976.
