Infiniti Q50Series II Q501 Nov 2017 Infiniti’s BMW 3 Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class-rivalling Q50 mid-sizer was updated in late 2017. Revised front and rear ends represented the changes from the outside, while Infiniti fitted new sports seats and a more ergonomic steering wheel on the inside. Most notably however, Infiniti decided to drop diesel-engine options from the Q50 line-up with the update, focusing solely on the petrol and hybrid engines. The range opened with a 155kW/350Nm 2.0-litre turbo-petrol four-cylinder engine in the GT and Sport Premium, while the output of the Hybrid Sport Premium was rated at 268kW/545Nm. Two twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre V6 engines were also available, with the Sport Premium developing 224kW/400Nm and the range-topping Red Sport making use of 298kW/475Nm. Read moreWhen it was new |
