Dubbed the Bugster, the concept is the work of Fiat’s Brazilian subsidiary Fiat Automoveis and was created at the company’s design studio and headquarters in Betim. Few details are available at this stage, other than the inclusion of a zero-emissions electric drivetrain and body panels made from natural fibres. The concept also signifies the Brazilian market’s importance to the Italian manufacturer, and Brazil’s status as the world’s ninth-largest car producer. The Sao Paolo International Auto Show opens on October 30 and runs until November 10.
