The oil-burning version has finally landed in local showrooms but Honda is now playing catch-up against its rivals like the Mazda CX-5 and Toyota RAV4 that have offered diesels variants for some time. Still, the company is keeping the CR-V diesel competitive with loads of standard gear and a price that undercuts a good proportion of its enemies.
